The Background Study has been prepared pursuant to Section 10 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (DCA) and, together with the proposed By-law, is being made available to the public, as required by Section 12 of the Act, more than two weeks prior to the public meeting of Ajax Town Council, which is being held July 3, 2008.
